— Abel Carbajal, Péter & Joseph's World of Stop Motion workshop participant

Joseph’s lecture and masterclass on the crossovers between puppetry and animation was informative, provocative, and an affirmation that opportunities exist for those with the creativity and the will to seize them! Joseph also reminded us that the ‘industry’ is in fact made up of a host of imaginative freelancers working at many different scales of production. The students talked about his visit for weeks afterwards.
— Leonie Sharrock, Senior Lecturer, BA Animation 2D & Stop-Motion, University of South Wales, Cardiff.
